Who do you blame for the Colorado Rockies dismal start to the season?

Ownership, Management, or the Players

I think they were off to a rough start in the beginning, but when Tulo got hurt it really destroyed them. He's the heart and soul of the team! Did you hear about when he defended Jeff Francis and screamed at Justin Upton? What a guy!

I know Francis sucks right now but give the guy a break! He's trying his best! He consistently has bad Mays and then picks up... I hope he can this year, too!

I blame it on the pitching coach, he is obviously failing the Rockies right now. The Rockies had a staff ERA of 4.32 last season and as of right now it is 4.81 this season, which is saying a lot considering that they basically have the same pitchers they had last season. The Rockies have a pretty good team and they win the close games, but the offense isn't good enough they can score 10 runs a night.

Players, It is basically the same team as last year. They did over achieve last year this is an 85 wins team, not a World Series one.

Large part of the blame has to go to their "ace" Francis, he is 0-6 with a 6.38 ERA. And Tulowitzki, who is hitting way less then .200, now is on the DL... I thought be was going to be the next Derek Jeter.

The players. They players are playing nothing like last year's hot hitting team. The pitching is slightly above average, but the hitting is failing them badly.

    Is it because Kaz left?

Probably a combination, but I think the real issue is that they went as far as they did last year because they went on a magical run at the end of the season last year and you can't count on that every season. They are really overrated offensively and their pitching is too young and inexperienced.

It is the players. Plus they get hot teams right out of the gate. When they played Ari, then LA, they got all kinds of hot teams and haven't recovered.
