I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The most you can loose is about 8 pounds. You shouldn't try to drop 20 pounds in such a short time. It's not healthy and you'll ruin your metabolism which will make it really hard to loose weight in the future. Diet pills are stupid anyway. Cook healthy foods and stay away from sweets and fatty foods. Exercise, but at a MODERATE pace. Don't overdue it. Find a sport you like and do it for a few hours every day.

Health brings balance to your life and in 2 weeks you wont safely lose 20 pounds. You can drop a few fast ppounds from water weight by sweating a lot and simply starting a workout routine. The basic rules, consume less calories than you burn, and you will lose weight faster and the only reliable way. Eating smarter will allow you to eat more. Eating low calorie, high vitamin foods like carrots and celery and working out at least 4 times a week will begin to drop your weight like nothing else, and you can eat just as much as you want if you simply eat smart.

unless you want to become anorexic losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks is impossible to do in 2 weeks in a healthy way

Start cutting pieces off of your body. That is the only way you can lose 20lbs in a few weeks.
You can lose around 5lbs safely in 2 weeks. That's it. You should have thought of your deadline with a couple of months ago instead of a couple of weeks.

well my friend , this will be difficult.. but it is possible. go search around and find your daily calorie intake , we will use me as an example i intake 1400 cals.
for every calorie short i am to this goal it means i burned a calorie. so if i ate 1300 cals. i burned 100 cals. but dont starve yourself . always stay over 600 cals per day minimum or you will get sick.
everybody knows that for each 3500 cals you burn you lose a pound.
i left you all the evidence now you do the math missy :p

good choice to not go on a pill..just exercise a lot,cardio and eat a MINIMUM of 1200 calories daily..no more than 1300 though

dont stress about it thats wut i did and it worked dont do sumin stupid like go on a crash diet or sumin just relax and eat healthy and exercise im not guaanteeing you will loose all the weight but there really is no healthy was to do that
