CAn anyone help me here?
Okay, so for the past 2 months, I have been as dizzy as you know what, and nautious 24/7. No doctor will give me an answer as to what's up with me. They drew blood and i had an endoscopy done, but apparently all results came back fine. My other symptoms are : sore muscles and achey joints, headaches, and zero energy ( i can barely even walk up stairs)
Some one help me...I can't keep going on like this...
Thanks in advance.
I do have depression, and have a therapist. I was on a lot of meds, but i got taken off of them for the time being because they were making things worse.

Go see another doctor. Obviously there is something wrong if you're not feeling like you normally do. This doctor doesn't know so maybe another one could do a different test and find out. If the second doctor finds nothing wrong then maybe you're just depressed and need to go see a psychiatrist. I hope everything works out for you.
