Unfortunately the answer is no. You'd have to pay for the downloads again. I tried that when I upgraded my Verizon phone. The only time you would be able to do something similiar to that would be if the phone malfunctioned and they had to give you a new phone (within the manufacturers warranty period), then at that time you would download the games onto your new phone then call Verizon to let them know the date you downloaded it and then they would give you credit. Had to do that with my daughter's LG Cherry Chocolate - phone became possessed the 2nd month she had it and she had just downloaded a game & 5 ringtones. Other than that scenario you'd have to pay for the redownloads.

    Sorry. :o(

you can not transfer them, even if you bought them the day before you got a new phone. this is because the phone companies want you to have to repurchase all of the ringtones and games, so that they can make more money off of their consumers. I got a new phone yesterday, and i was pissed that i had to loose all my ringtones.
