Amtrak will get you there with two change of trains, but it will take about 62 hours.
You'd take Amtrak's Sunset Limited from Tucson to San Antonio, Amtrak's Texas Eagle from San Antonio to Chicago, and then Amtrak's Hiawatha service from Chicago to Milwaukee.
The cost of a coach seat is a reasonable $175. If you want to book a compartment, that will drive up the cost considerably (although it will make the trip a lot more comfortable).

i think he meant to drive maybe he meant fly who knows lol. but if time dont matter drive its a nice little drive from tucson to milwaukee alot of things to see in between. if time is a factor fly. amtrak they jump the rails to much.
