In your opinion, who were/are the worst world leaders of all time?

I'd say Woodrow Wilson was a pretty bad President for ruining American isolationism, by getting us involved in a foolish World War I. He also was responsible for the extremely tight restrictions put on Germany following the first World War, which some attribute to the quick rise of the Nazi party in the 1920's and 30's.

You can argue that Hitler and Saddam were bad leaders, but the truth is that they were extremely bad people, not leaders. Hitler was great as far as returning national pride, stimulating a dead economy and putting Germany back on the map, but we all know that was overshadowed by his evil deeds.

Bill Clinton, Saddam Hussien, Ayatollah Khumeni, Idi Amin, Adolf Hitler, Mao Tse Tung, Stalin, Ho Chi Minh, and Kruschev.

Bush is the WORST PRESIDENT OF ALL TIME.

There are dozend of hunderds of evil leaders. Bush isn't the worst WORLD leader but I nominate Hitler for a recent one( last 100 years)

If you define worst as those having greatest negative effect, my votes would go towards HItler, Napolean, Tsar Nicholas 2, Chamberlin, Idi Amin, Pol Pot, Stalin, and Khomeini.

For strictly American Presidents, Presidents Buchannan, Hoover, Harding, Pierce, and Grant.
