ok 1 is a scifi movie where something happens but at the end the guy figures out that the food everybody eats is really human...2 is some movie where there is this guy that plays the piano, but goes insane trying to play this one peice, and his father like beats him for sh!tting in the tub

First one dunno.. try Soylent Green.
Second one definitely Shine.. the piece he tries to play is from Rachmaninoff.

The first one is Soylent Green (1973) with Charlton Heston. The second one, I have no clue, sorry.
