Who was Mandragora (big fat white bad guy)reffering to about Black Canary of some other Justice League member who is already taken?

    Well, BC was dating Green Arrow, so....

    BC's love interest is Green Arrow even in the comics

    She's one of the main reasons Arrow joined the JLU

    eh? i'm confused by your question. the only love interest i remember them showing for Black Canary is Green Arrow, and i don't think he was taken.
