I have Vista Home. When i open my Documents i do not see a Toolbar where it would say File, Edit etc?

Therefore, I cannot go to File to create a new folder. I do see where it say organize, view etc but the Toolbar is missing. is there somewhere I could find and install it

Just go to Organize then click New Folder.

If you really want that menu bar back, then go to Organize, then Layout, then check off menu bar. In the end, you really don't need the menu bar because all the functions you need are right there in the green toolbar. That's why it's disabled by default and it saves a little space.

Hi, don't worry just click on organize, vista is different, not difficult. You can also press alt for the menu bar to show up for some time when u r hovering over the active window.

    Good Luck and take care!

You have to click on organize and then its in the list, otherwise the easiest way, as always has been, right button of mouse down to new folder.

Check your version of microsoft office, if you have office 2007 then you dont get the original layout of file, edit etc., i'm afraid theres nothing you can do about it so if you want the standard layout you'll have to go with an earlier version
