UPS drivers benefits?
Me and some friends were just talking about careers today, and someone mentioned that UPS drivers after about 10 years of working got good pay and 13 weeks off a year. I didn't actually believe that. That's 1/4 of the year. So I was just wondering what kind of benefits and pay UPS drivers got after say 10 or 20 years. Thanks

UPS drivers belong to the teamsters union, they are paid very well about 30.00 dollars an hour and have great benefits, but getting hired at UPS is not easy, most of the time you have to start working in the package sorting area and work your way up from there, don't expect to just walk in and get hired as a driver that does not happen very often, if you do want to find a job there then start looking for UPS to hire during the Christmas holiday.... YES THEY MAKE GOOD MONEY AND THE BENEFITS ARE GREAT. YOU ONLY GET 3 OR 4 WEEKS OFF, BUT YOU CAN PICK FLOATING HOLIDAY DAYS OFF, SICK DAYS, OPTION DAYS IT ALL ADDS UP TO A LOT. MY HUSBAND IS A DRIVER
