What is the best exercise to tighten my underarm flab? Either with Free weights or bodyweight.?

    hi

    the workout that I like the most is called turbulence training because it targets the whole body. so even when your trouble spot may be under arms, you also get great abs and thighs and buttocks. i got mine here:

  • those would be your triceps.

    you'd probably want to do pushups or some tricep curls with free weights. those exercises will definitely tighten that flab.

    For my arms I use ankle weights. Leave them on all day and u will get much better results
