AVG Scan shows trojan viruses, and the "heal" button is not working...?
Any other suggestions on how to remove these viruses via AVG??

Write down the name of the folder its in, and the name of the file.
restart system in safe mode(F8 when it starts up)
Go to that folder and delete that file on your own.

It seems like AVG has probably already "healed" it as a trojan virus is a big thing.
Maybe it is still scanning?
At the end of the scan it should show the "Threats treated" or something like that kind of thing meaning that the threats are dealt with.
Other then that I can't think of anything else.

uninstall avg. i suggest used kaspersky internet security 30 days trial it will remove all the virus from your computer. Trust me. The best anti virus and spyware. download it here http://www.kaspersky.com/trials then click on free internet security download thats only for 30 days trial good luck. Install it to your pc. Then do a scan in safe mode.
