As independent, my view is Hillary has every right to stay in race until the primary's over or until someone is officially nominated.. DNC violated the rules by having the primary before February 5Th. Michigan did not have Obama's name on the ballot, when MI knew Obama being a candidate in Democratic race at that time. Fla is a different since both of candidates on the ballot, but still was too early for the primary. I think Obama shall just simply step forward to say Look, I know DNC violated the rules, but we also made a mistake by having the death penalty. So Hillary too. I don't know what to say what will be the best way to do about it. because it is going to be not win-win between the candidates and the voters. I surely am to that the voters are not pleased for this to be happen and end up this way. Howard Dean is most responsible for this and shall be accountable for it since he is in the charge of this party.

The DNC has NO right to reject votes from Florida or Michigan. It is not fair to the voters. What are the voters gonna do...boycott the election because the DMC says it's too early? I'm shocked this hasn't been to court yet. This is a violation of the citizens 15th and 19th amendment rights.

I hope that includes Michigan too. The DNC will decide on May 30 what to do with these two states. If the votes are accepted, that will make it a new race. Hillary will gain the lead in popular vote, she will get closer to Obama in delegates, and may even attract superdelegates.

Any source for this? I hope they DO accept them-- after all, it's not the people's fault that the stupid leaders in the state made the decision to break the rules.
However, rules are rules, and they knew what the rules were... but in a race like this EVERY vote has to count!!

As long as it doesn't cost the people in Florida one penny, who care? If the democrats want a new vote, let them pay for it.

Reality will finally set in that Obama is still winning, and Hillary will try to bow out gracefully. I hope.

So both Obama and Hillary want to count Florida? Well another twist in the story is coming...better than a HBO movie...

the DNC by its own rules will allow 1/2 vote per delegate. This was in the rules in the event that a state broke said rules. It was Hilllary Clinton supporters such as Terry McAuliffe, Harold Ickes and Donna Brazille who voted to strip ALL of the delegates

Obama supporters should get ready for an upset.
