How can I (automatically) kill power to the back of my car?

I am running power to the back of my car to a device that does not shut off by itself. Is there a switch that I can install that will kill the power on the cable running from the battery when I turn my car off?

they sell breakers at auto zone. there over by the fuses and such most are made by scoshe. they are about 30 bucks for a 200 amp which should be plenty. also grab 2 terminals and just cut the power wire and wire the breaker between. if you dont need the item push the reset in if you do close the switch they work great

Sure use a breaker bar. You can add a relay and an on/off switch. Use a fuse so the current won't surge when you make/break the connection. Just go to any car audio shop and tell them what you want to do. They should be able to hook you up within minutes.
