Can and how do I put my play station 2(older model) on the internet ? can i down load games on it?

Not many games support it, on the PS2, but you can use an ethernet cable which runs from youre PS2 into youre modem/router. This enables online play. No you cannot download games onto it.

You need an internet adapter. Go to Gamestop or somewhere similar and you should be able to pick one up cheap. If you have broadband internet then I highly recommend SOCOM Combined assault if you are looking for a good ps2 game for online. You can download a whole bunch of maps as long as you have a flash drive plugged into a usb port. The maps and game are free to play online.
