Castro calls Obama speech "formula for hunger"?

What do you think about this scenario? While Obama is likely THE most liberal candidate for president that this country has ever seen... it's still not good enough for the Castros. Should we continue to "discuss and facilitate" progress with Cuba, or should we leave them to their own devices as has been done for the past 50 years?

Both Obama and Hillary have been given money from communist countries to run for the Oval Office. If the communist like them, what does that tell you?

    Okay- report it!

The people who fled Castro's govnmt had possessions to lose. Those who stayed were for the most part the poorest and still are.

What good is more tourism and more money allowed from relatives in US if they can't import food.?

Don't want any more "illegal immigration"?

See to it people have enough food where they are. When they have enough to sustain life and livelihood they have no need to migrate elsewhere and no reason to endure hardships involved in doing so.

It is in US best interest to lift the embargo.

As to curbing technology in time, Castro is probably correct.

What nobody is telling us is that the most severe danger to the planet is cutting down the Amazon forest to make space for more "civilization". If there were enough food would there still be need for human encroachment into essential environment?

Obama's hero Abraham Lincoln is likely THE most liberal

Republican president that this country has ever seen.

Back then, Conservatives didn't want 'change'.

They wanted to preserve their right to own slaves.
