How do you get a disc out of the car radio when it keeps reading "eject error"?
The last time our car radio did this, it took a month or so before the disk ever came out when we pressed eject...however, the disk thats inside is an audio cd from the library and i need it out pretty soon...does anyone have any tips on (if it is able to at all) how to get a disk out of the car radio when it reads "eject error"?

try disconnecting the power to the deck most decks auto eject when power is applied if you feel brave take the deck out and unscrew the cover to get to the motor with the worm gear on it and move it a little with a small screw driver i just had a jvc deck in my shop yesterday that had a disk stuck in it and it helped if you have the deck apart its a good idea to use a graphite lubricant on the eject load mechanism so this dont happen any more assuming that there isnt a little peice of plastic floating around in there this should help (if you dont want to un do the battery pull the fuse for the deck but that doesnt always work)
