I need a really good summer read...preferrably a book with a realistic plot (not necessarily non-fiction) thats easy to get into....

some of my favorites are The Kite Runner, anything by Jodi Picoult, Those Who Save Us, The Secret Life of Bees, etc.

I currently use a pc, and I have been thinking about switching over to a mac. I've heard amazing things about macs, and how people on macs would never switch back to using a pc. However, I'm a bit reluctant to switch over, because of the word program on macs. I tried using a friend's, and I found it confusing, and it seems like its easier to use Microsoft Office programs on pc's. My friend told me that she adores her mac, and wouldn't go back to a pc, but she normally uses her PC at home when dealing with microsoft office programs. Has anyone had experience with both ? Do you think that the microsoft programs on macs are as good as using it on a pc?

the movie has a young girl that is rather violent...she is not taken care of well by her father, and her teacher ends up helping her out....they go to court over something, and her teacher buys her this green dress...at the end, they are separated, but the young girl writes a touching letter to her teacher, and thats how it ends....i watched it once a long long time ago...i can't seem to remember the title of the movie...:(

I watched a movie years ago on the hallmark channel. Its about slavery, and how one slave taught a lil slave girl how to read...the movie starts off as a woman giving birth, and the midwife promised the child that he/she would not be sold.....when the baby was born a girl, the owner said he would want to sell her, but the midwife (named Dillie) told him that he couldn't, because a promise had been made....and the owner ended up selling the child's mother, leaving the child to dillie's care.....my memory is very vague.....if you know the title of this movie, it would really help me =). thanks !

when drawing lewis structures for compounds such as HNO3, how do you know which atoms are connected to each other?

How do you get audiobooks into the category "audiobooks" on the ipod? i can't seem to find it on the itunes screen....do i just sync it into music, and then move it to audiobooks on my ipod? how do you do that?

is it advisable to charge an ipod before the battery is low (like halfway through)? will that make the battery run out faster ?

i know itunes is the #1..but what other sites or sources do you get your music from?

The last time our car radio did this, it took a month or so before the disk ever came out when we pressed eject...however, the disk thats inside is an audio cd from the library and i need it out pretty soon...does anyone have any tips on (if it is able to at all) how to get a disk out of the car radio when it reads "eject error"?

Hello.! For a long time, I have not listened to audio books; however, i find them very entertaining and nice to tk when i go on long walks....i'm currently listening to "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult....I'm not sure what other audio books are out there.....i would appreciate any recommendations.!
