For anyone who has had a vision: How does it work?

I was sitting in church and the choir was singing. My eyes were open (I think) and I saw my vision in a split second. It implanted in my mind....nothing vague about it. It was like high definition TV in my mind. The event it portrayed was completely different from anything that had happened in my life prior to that time so it was NOT part of a memory. And it was before I had even thought about moving to Japan.

Five years later...it came true in Japan....down to the last detail.

Praise God.

I have had them many times. Sometimes in dreams, sometimes after deep meditation, have seen form in my back yard, form of a glowing angel, I felt scared with last vision, could not holler out as something kept my throat constricted but most times quite wonderful.

Satan can give you visions - but only if ou are not a true Christian.

The Bible says Satan can not influence you if you have the protection of the Holy Spirit.

Seriously, I doubt that anyone today is having any real "visions" in a biblical sense.

What would be the reason for them if evrything is going to happen in a certain way anyway?

As if a dream when your awake. but more clear. and beware of demonic visions. the powers of evil are very real and desceptive.

Not every big screen vision in my wee little head is trustworthy.

I can just watch, or change channels.

well first you start to feel light and happy, then everything is just clearer and sounds are being seen and light is being heard and everything is really just bright then its just amazing
