yes the bible says that God blesses us from faith to faith and from glory to glory..so that to me is in stages, because we cannot handle it all at the same time..we wouldn't know how to act with all that..good question yes some people can tolerate somethings that another can't..everybody are on different levels of God's grace..there is a scripture that says there but by the grace of God go I..

God dispenses His grace individually to His children.
That's why some missionaries can tolerate their living conditions, when others cannot and have to return to "civilization".
