weird cat eyes?

Recently, my cat stopped eating, so I took him to the vet. They didn't find anything wrong with him, but gave him some anti-biotics. He's eating again, and is pretty much back to himself. One thing I've noticed though, are his eye-membrane, inner-lid things. Normally they're hidden, and I've only seen them like this after he was anesthetized for surgery once, but now they're always out, and I'm not sure why. Any reasons for it, and should he be taken back to the vet?

Update:

oddly enough, his eyes are fine now, I am keeping an eye on him, no pun intended. He may go to the vet if it happens again. Thanks a lot!! five stars to both of you

I can't see a reason for the antibiotics to cause the 3rd eyelid to close like that... I would definately call your vet, if not bring him in.

Not sure why this may be happening, but I'd take him back to the vet and see what they say.
