Good dedication! Yeah, ask the instructors to show you how to perform a resistance circuit. Move from a lower body excercise on to an upper body excercise back on to a lower body and so on, this will keep blood and oxygen moving faster, promoting a more efficiant calorie / fat burning phase.
A good resistance circuit could look like this: -
5 mins on rower to warm up
Overhead squats 12 reps, on to
Pull downs 12 reps, on to
Sumo squat 12 reps, on to
Bench Press 12 reps, on to
Deadlift 12 reps.
Keep the intensity high. No rest between excercises. You should still have time to squeeze in another 5 mins on the rowing machine at the end.
You could perform the above on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Use the fat burning programs on the CV machines on Tuesday and Thursday.
Hope this helps! Good luck.
