30 lbs in one month is waaaaay to extreme.
That would be 1 pound a day..... next to impossible.
Besides, dropping a lot of weight in a short amount of time increases your chances of putting it all back on quickly.
Give yourself time. Your body has been through a lot of changes, and what was normal for you before, may never be normal again. Exercise when you can - even if its just moderate, make sure you get a lot of rest (this is when you body does the most maintenance on itself), and drink plenty of water. Just live a healthy life style!

You just have to start exercising is all. Work out 30 to 60 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. Go the gym, jog, even take dance lessons, anything you'll do to get your body moving. But you can't drop 30 pounds healthily in a month unless you join the military and go through boot camp. Just slowly take off a couple pounds a week and you'll be down 30 pounds in no time. good luck!
Oh, and do NOT go below 1200 calories a day. SLOWLY decrease your calorie intake, if you do it all at once, unlike most people think, your body thinks it is starving and instead of losing fat, your body will try to store as much fat as it can.

Its your diet. There is a reason, other than pregnancy, that caused you to gain all that weight. Pregnancy gains should be about 25-35 pounds, so you have to watch what you eat and exercise. Count calories, which is easier to do when you are eating healthy foods. Healthy foods fill up a plate, high fat foods don't. Eat whole grains, low fat proteins, lots of fruits and veggies. Exercise for 1 hour a day, get a babysitter. I had my babysitter (a young neighbor come over for 1 hour every day). Do it so you dont have to focus on how bad you feel, ok? Good luck!

umm, it's pretty much impossible to lose 30 lbs within a span of a month, darlin'. Definately eat in moderation and exercise constantly.. i also suggest you switch to drinking water--ONLY, no sodas, juices, energy drinks, etc. that will help a ton, and your face will clear up as well.
Your metabolism decreases with age, and to keep it up u can walk arounf your block evry day, and eat SMALL snacks thrughout the day such as almond or fruit. your weight will melt off over time, in 6 monts you may reagin your teeny 105 lb body. i weight about 98lbs, and 've been this way for a couple of years... i'm this small because i'm short, and because i have an active lifestyle. take up dance (like me) or apply for a gym membership. :)

just lose 2 lbs a week by changing a habit or two for example... dont eat past a certain time at night and get off your lazy rear and go for a walk or just push away from the table and learn to eat the right kind of foods that will help you lose weight.

you def need to do start running. Eat about 1000 calories a day--- but you have to run so there can be negative calories. That is when you start losing weight. Try the lemon diet-- It's called the master clense...some people lose up to 20 pounds.

too soon!by the way why is it loose?
1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe, you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week
2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym, experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like
3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices, lowfat milk and lots of green tea
4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits, oatmeal, milk, raw nuts, fish, beans, veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.
5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio, make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus
6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)
7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal...
8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

running is a good way to lose weight overall
It also is good at clearing the mind
30 lbs in ONE month isn't realistic though
3500 cals = 1 pound
if you reduce your cals by 500 per day.......that is a pound PER WEEK...which is reasonable
If you add some exercising you will lose more
It took me July-Oct to lose 25 lbs
