I think it's much ado about nothing.
It's a pretty common tactic to avoid doing anything constructive. To pretend to be outraged about some BS topic so you don't have to clean up the big mess of the economy, war, health care etc etc...
The Republicans and my 4 yr old do it all the time.
Except my 4 yr old can't help the economy, she just needs to pick up her toys.

I think it's silly that some people were offended by it, but these days businesses have to yield or it can affect them tremendously from a financial standpoint. We are becoming so overly politically correct that it is becoming incorrect and offensive. People need to lighten up and focus on more important things.

I actually chose to read Malkins side of the story, and she has some good points.
If it offended a different group of people, then there would be more of an issue.
