Taking 800mg is a prescription strength that may be very hard on your Kidneys. Although I take 4 any time I need it, I always drink lots of water. The bottle has to give you over the counter directions for legal reasons. If you have a 800mg prescription than taking 4 200mg would be the same. Be careful though, it's not recommended.
