you car first try to use a good clay bar (mother's makes one you can buy at kragon or napa) if that does not work you going to need to polish the paint with a machine polisher, there is a special technique to machine polish a car so i recommend take it to a good detail shop.

If the paint is new and is bumpy and had water spots then your going to have to sand and polish the spots. But, if you have water spots on old paint (not new in the last 3 months), then all you need to buy is a clay bar. Which is what the detailing shops do.

You can get it detailed but depending on severity even they might not be able to. The problem in removing the spots is you end up damaging the paint. That's why many detail shops are not willing to try too hard for fear they'll owe you a new paint job.

the only way is to be buffed off!! no other way.so have it detailed. the crap they sell you doesnt work. its all a gimmick to take your money.after you need a good wax meguirs is the best.
