Can McCain supporters who don't like Bush name one area on which he has disagreed with Bush since 2004?

In the constant debate to pull Hillary supporters towards Obama or McCain, I have heard many McCain supporters argue that he is a really moderate Republican, "practically a democrat" in the words of one. If this is really true, can McCain supporters:

Name any significant differences with Bush since 2004

(before you say earmarks, read this http://blog.washingtonpost.com/fact-checker/2008/0...

If McCain came out and said he'd cut $4billion for the Army Corps of Engineers or military housing or community development or disease researcher I would have more respect for him and maybe count this)

McCain had a few differences with Bush before that - "agents of intolerance," opposing the Bush tax cuts, and campaign finance reform - but since 2004 it seems like he has been in lock step with the Whitehouse. [Or is McCain just faking being a conservative to win the GOP nomination? How do we know if he is really faking it or not, do you have a lie detector?]

Update:

Ok, so far we have cap and trade. I guess he should get credit for not wanting to drill in Anwar. Of course his gas tax policy goes in the opposite direction (though since Bush did not support it I guess that should count as a disagreement). The climate bills he co-sponsored were watered down (so that Bush would not veto them), but it seems reasonable to think that if he was president he would do more than Bush on the environment (though that is setting the bar pretty low).

Anything else outside of the differences on environmental issues?

Update 2:

Earmarks

Pork Spending

Waste Gutting

OK, those are all the same thing. You can't list them as three separate reasons. Also, did you read the link I posted? If the difference between McCain and Bush is that McCain wants less spending on highway, levee and bridge construction, less money on scientific research, and less money on constructing housing for military servicemen I'm not sure that's a more "moderate" difference.

When I say - how is McCain a moderate - you can't cite more conservative positions as an example...

Health Care Tax Deductions

Bush supports that policy - http://www.whitehouse.gov/stateoftheunion/2007/ini...

In fact they have the same policy basically, which is to do another tax cut instead of actually fixing healthcare or extending coverage.

Health Care Cost Reductions

Wishful thinking, if it were magically possible to reduce healthcare costs without sacrificing

Update 3:

Snooku that is some weak stuff, you can do better than that!

He is for cap and trade, something bush is against. He was also against the bush tax cuts, but he switched sides. He is definitely turned more to the right since he became the nominee.

    He's in lock step!

I was actually shocked to see McCain fight against the new GI bill. Bush didn't want that Bill, and McCain went right along with him.

McCain's a veteran himself! And yet he not only voted against it, but also spoke out against it passionately. He clearly does not really care for veterans. He's become an angry old man, who loves Bush more than doing what's right.

McCain is and always has been conservative, esp. on social issues and on the war. I wish he was not in agreement with Bush but like so many of the Republicans, he is the same.

    Bob Barr is an alternative,
