Depends is pretty good. There are other supplies you can buy at most pharmacies and medical supply stores. Some no-name brands work just as well. I guess it would matter how much moving around the person did. If they are walking around you would need more of a pull-up type diaper whereas the standard diaper configuation works best for thos people who are bed-bound.
