I need a workout routine! Please help me!!!?
There is a pretty nice gym at my apartment complex and I really want to get into working out. But I need some help, how often should I work out, for how long, and what should I do?
This will be my first time at a gym so dumb it down for me a bit! lol Anyways, I'm 5'3.5" and 130 lbs. I really would like to lose 10 pounds but what I'm really trying to do is flatten my tummy and slim my hips (like every other girl out there).
So somebody please help me out with this! I'm a little confused and intimidated by those machines!
I'd love to see some progress by the beginning of August when I'm going back home to the beach. Do you think I'll see progress?
Thank you so SO much!!! <3

Run 30 minutes, or walk, everyday, on the gyms treadmill, or cardio machine.
Do This 8 minute ab exercise, everyday, or every other day.

Diet healthy. Low sugar (Soda, candy, etc = bad)
Sugar goes to fat to the stomach.

My experience at most gyms is that there is "often" someone paid to yell at people and try to get people to hurt themselves, and then steer them to specified medical help, for a kickback. Sorry about the negative, but you need to be aware of this scam. Get help from people who aren't being paid by someone else, and who know you and your specific body type, situation, etc, in designing your workout, and be prepared to ignore idiots, when doing it! Regards, Larry.
