I'd recommend anywhere on Vancouver Island between Nanaimo and Campbell River. There are a couple of artificial reefs, old navy destroyers that were sunk a few years ago. There's even an old Boeing 737 somewhere in that area as well. My friend is a diver and he tells me that the area is a good spot to see six-gill sharks (large but generally harmless) off the Parksville/Qualicum Beach areas. Campbell River bills itself as the "Salmon capital of the world".

This part of Y!A is for the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico (US territory), no longer for the Puerto Rico at Canary Islands. For extra appropriate solutions touching directly to Puerto Rico at Canary Islands circulate to Y!A, commute, Spain, Canary Islands. Now, if asking related to the Caribbean Puerto Rico, there are no super places to scuba diving in our capital (San Juan), yet there are super places for that at different cities like: * Culebra * Vieques * Cabo Rojo * and others.
