That being said, I think most users are here to help others and learn something new, that's why I'm here!

I understand your point and I would be annoyed to but at the same time, being annoyed does require more energy than this forum is worth. I say, report it and move on because those people need to leave the Yahoo community anyway if they cannot operate within the guidelines.
