It depends on your taste of genre in 'good adult' manga, I suppose. I can't really say any titles but you can go onto this site that has loads of mangas and you can can select your genre with 'mature' and add other genres you're wanting to read with here:

Then voila, your list of good adult manga that's available. I'm not sure about others but you'll probably find lots there.
