Campgrounds in Georgia near Six Flags?
I'm looking for a campground within driving distance to Six Flags. I don't mind driving a bit to get to the park to find a nice tent camping area with amenities. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Those are both great sites, thanks.
What about camprgrounds primarily for tent sites. Are there any local to that area? Thanks

Go to rv.net and click on find a campground.. If you (a)decide to see Stone Mountain and (b) decide to camp there at the park. I "highly" suggest to make them show you the sight that "THEY" picked out for you..they can take you by golf cart... I didn't.. I had to drive half way up a hill, and back in on my right side. We have a 38' 5th wheel and a 2500 Dodge pick up.. It took all my 40 yrs of backing ,,,my wife with walkie talkie to get in the site..
