When factoring the debit to credit ratio....do they factor in all credit cards or look at each individually?

For example,

1st Card (Visa)

if you charged $1000 on a card with a $2000 limit

2nd Card (MC)

$300 on a $1000 Limit

When getting your credit score, do companies see them as being separate or combine/add your total balance of both cards like a total of:

$1300 debt/ 3000 Limit

They lump all your revolving credit together.

I had a low score for a while because I got a home equity line of credit for a major transaction and asked for a line that was equal to the amount I needed. I wasn't using it as a revolver, but it got put in with the credit cards, and since it was large and at 100% of the line, it swamped my credit cards which had no balance on them.

I have now paid it off but the bank never closed it, so my score is great because I have this huge line of credit at 0% utilization.
