Is there a symbolic meaning for purple bows/ribbons?

Pink bows/ribbons are for breat cancer, so does a purple bow/ribbon stand for a cause also?

    A purple ribbon is worn to raise awareness for cystic fibrosis, epilepsy, Huntington's disease, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Autism, Arnold-Chiari Malformation, Eating Disorders, Gastrointestinal Cancers, Pancreatic cancer and cancer survival.

    As well as highlighting the various medical conditions already mentioned, purple ribbons have also been adopted for Domestic Violence Awareness.
