R+S: Have you ever talked to someone on R+S with a different religion than yours...?

I talked to a fellow Christian (I was a Christian but am an Atheist now) about how difficult it gets to start a car covered with snow during winter season in Alaska, he said its because we losing faith in Jesus that life is getting harder. As far as I know Jesus was a carpenter before he became The Enlightened One, never knew he could repair a car's bonnet engine with one touch!!!!!

Can I expect anything from people here apart from Jesus and The Bible? Its getting kind of "Old wine in new bottle".

The Earth and the image voltaic equipment are predicted to exist as they're for yet another few billion years. Our technology would be long vanished before something like the tip of the worldwide arrives. yet technology is attempting to triumph over the tip of the worldwide. If medical understanding keeps to enhance on the instant %., in 500 or one thousand years, people would be so technologically progressed to be waiting to stay indefinitely and to be waiting emigrate to out of area, the place this is safer than staying on earth!

In fact I actually talked to one person whose questions I used to regularly ridicule- while I disagreed with her vehemently, we were still more than capable of talking over a "problem" this person was having and I think we even got to the bottom of it...

We only spoke a few times after that, but we WERE able to get along for the entirety of the time- and YES she was a fundie.

Yes, on multiple occasions. It went quite well. I'm a Christian, but have had some really interesting conversations with R+S Pagans, atheists, Satanists and others.

I do it pretty often actually. I gave one guy SEO advice. Another guy I talked to about the silly R&S groups. I talked to a Catholic guy about our families and life for a while... yeah, at least once a week I just chat with someone for the hell of it and frequently they're theists.
