George W. Bush's legacy: Sealed or still open to debate?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush and his top policymakers misstated Saddam Hussein's links to terrorism and ignored doubts among intelligence agencies about Iraq's arms programs as they made a case for war, the Senate intelligence committee reported on Thursday.

Will history paint a prettier picture of Bush, as he constantly dreams, or will he forever be remembered as a liar and bumbling fool?

History will vilify Bush, not vindicate him.

Bush leaves a liability not a legacy.

Our grandchildren will still be paying for the Bush debacle.

He will always remain a disgrace to the office of the Presidency.

The report is a Senate Dem report. Go figure the conclusions they came up with. I guess the first 12 investigations (Like the 9/11 commission) that cleared Bush of those same charges now don't count.

He has 2 years left to pull a rabbit out of his hat. i desire he does properly yet at present i might say his legacy may be the extensive added debt that he has extra for the duration of his presidency with entire ignore of infrastructure. Over they next 2 years, we'd pay attention human beings communicate approximately repealing the conflict powers act and disallowing presidential signing statements. those are the two substantial powers of the president yet they have been critically abused over the final 6 years. i think of if the subsequent 2 years proceed like the final 6, we can see a real backlash against presidential powers.
