Movie quotes?

For real movie buffs. Can you tell me what movies these quotes came from?

1. Just do what I do, but don't talk in ranks- it's against regulations.

2. Why am I always last?

- Because you're the most important.

3. You wear too much eye makeup. My

sister wears too much eye makeup-

people think she's a whore.

4. Such times when youngins run the roads-

go away children!

5. They went to that Rerun dance school.

6. You know, I used to be in the music

business, but now I'm what you might call

retired. It's a refined name for bum.

7. Now what do you think you're doing? You

wanna throw your garbage? Throw it in the

Godd*mn trash basket!

8. Four saxes and a clarinet-

(slaps forehead) He'd better stay up all

night.

9. I should have my head overhauled,

listening to you. My Grandma was right- cow sh*t for brains!

10. I think the tide's with us- keep kicking.

Update:

I wasn't implying that a person isn't a real movie buff if they don't know all of the quotes, but if you can guess them, then you definitely are. These quotes are from very well know movies, and most really aren't that random or obscure. They just happen to come from 10 movies that I've seen dozens of times each. And no matter what Jim says, both Xanadu and House Party are classics in more opinions that just mine.

Actually, you can be a buff even if you don't recognize ever tiny fragment of dialogue. Most people use quotes that are fairly familiar to others. When people ask for quotations, then we trot out the rarely heard stuff. Obviously, you picked a lot of very obscure stuff that didn't stand out to people. We're still absolute film buffs; we simply can't memorize dialogue from all of those movies we've watched~unless it's one we happen to have watched dozens of times.

I'll see what I can do:

    1. Just do what I do, but don't talk in ranks. It's against regulations.~"The Jungle Book" (1967)

    2. Why am I always last? Because you're the most important.~????

    3. You wear too much eye makeup. My sister wears too much eye makeup. People think she's a whore.~Charlie Sheen to Jennifer Grey in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"

    4. Such times when youngins run the roads. Go away, children!~It sounds like Lillian Gish in "The Night of the Hunter".

    5. They went to that Rerun dance school.~????

    6. You know, I used to be in the music business, but now I'm what you might call retired. It's a refined name for bum.~Gene Kelly to Michael Beck in "Xanadu"

    7. Now what do you think you're doing? You wanna throw your garbage? Throw it in the godd*mn trash basket!~????

    8. Four saxes and a clarinet. He'd better stay up all night.~????

    9. I should have my head overhauled, listening to you. My Grandma was right: cowsh*t for brains!~????

    10. I think the tide's with us- keep kicking.~Richard Dreyfuss to Roy Scheider in "Jaws"~~or the other way around

    1 Jungle Book (1967)

    2. Sound of Music

    3. Ferris Buller

    4. Night of the Hunter

    5. House Party

    6. Xanadu

    7. The Untouchables

okay, that's quite enough...it proves movie buff does not equal can search the net. House Party & Xanadu...since when did those make one a REAL movie buff? I own over 300 movies (that's a movie buff)...and neither one of those is in my collection.
