generally exercise your brain and you might get a 5-10 point increase. the concept of I.Q. is pretty limited - what's better? Having a higher I.Q. or being a more rounded, empathetic, more friendly and honest person?

100 is average. 140 is genius. 75 or less is mental retardation. So you are well above average now. Nobody has an IQ of 250 - the scale doesn't go that high. You can't increase IQ by more than a couple of points anyway. You can learn more facts, but that doesn't make you more intelligent.

I took a test IQ and I got 124 points. But I still thinking that my iQ is higher ( i took the test in English but at that time I did knew English just the half that I now know.) Any way the important thing is the ability to use the intelligence in your acts and do not make stupid things(too much alcohol,drugs etc).

To improve your cognitive skills keep reading, feed yourself good ( fruit high in magnesiun, potasiun etc like banana, apple. Dark chocolate, nuts, food that have antioxidants, fish).

Haha. 126 is pretty good. 100 is the worldwide average. 250 is like Stephen Hawking kind of territory.

If you still want to increase your IQ just keep doing whatever you've done to get to 126. :)

I guess you could improve ur I.Q by playing the Nintendo ds Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? or generally read loads of books

Whoa-- only geniuses have an IQ that high!! And I don't think you'll ever be able to increase yours by double... but you should try Brain Training on the DS. Oh, and do lots of sudokus in magazines and stuff

You can't. It is fixed and inchoate. Reading lots will not make you smarter, just more well read. Intelligence has nothing to do with education.
