recipes using salsa?

i bought old el paso pineapple chile salsa, can i make any recipes with this using chicken or beef?

    cut beef or pork or chicken into small bite size pieces and cook till its done then por some of the salsa over it and let it cook together for about 10 to 20 minutes, then serve in tortillas with chopped onion and cilantro and put a little bit of cheese on it. Its great and you will like it,,,,serve with beans and rice on the side
