Weight lifting scedule?

want to lift 3 day cycle and am having a hard time with which muscle groups to work when.

i am doing cardio each day

day 1 Chest, upper back, Abs

Day 2 Shoulders, Arms, abs

Day 3 Legs, lower back, calfs

day 4 cardio only

    Looks good :) . But IMO I would switch the days :

    Day one - Back and chest

    Day two - Cardio

    Day three - Shoulders , arms and abs

    Day four - Legs , lower back and calves

    The reason why I broke it up is so you have a 24 hour rest period your between your day 1 and 2 . When you are working chest you are also working tris which you have scheduled to do the following day . Hope that made sense :) . Other than that looks good :). Hope this helps and good luck :) .

    1-back and biceps

    2-chest and triceps

    3-legs / calfs/ squats

    do abs every other day
