New line on the market that can be seen above the surface but, not below...?

Saw a brief glimpse of a Television commercial regardin' my question... Was thinkin' it could have been either/maybe Suffix and or Berkley? Any ideas? Do a LOT of drift fishin' and as I've said before the eyes are not gettin' any better. Ah', yes I do have and wear glasses...

Note: Please ~ no need ta' respond if it's not specifically for this new line. Pre-thanks go out to all ; )... < ' ( (( > <

Update:

Appreciate and thank you much for the responses but, I should have stipulated, HIGH visibility above the surface and no visibility below. Again, I thank you...

Update 2:

My thanks and thumbS up to all of you for your responses. Butttt, here III's a' go again ie., leavin' this one up to the voters. Might add that I use both Suffix and Berkleys "Vanish Transition" but, was just hopin' I could have found this particular one that I saw on the "Boob-Tube". As I mentioned, I sport glass's but, now I'm thinkin' maybe, just maybe I should go with the link AIRFLOW provided me with on the

"Fire Fly Flip Down Magnifiers" ;)!! Either that or just Duct tape a magifyin' glass to my FOREHEAD so I'll be able ta' see the D _ _ N commericial next time...

To reiterate, I thank you all ;)...

    Sounds like Silver Thread Fluorocarbon, they promote their line as being invisible under water while having good above water visibility. That's the only one I am aware of the uses both of those features in their ads.

    Here a link, I hope answers your question.

    hey man, stren makes a super blure braided line that can be seen above the water but becomes invisablebelow the water. i started using their 14 lb braided about a month ago and i enjoy their line. if you havn't used briaded line here is a couple of tips that could be helpful. don't spool the spool all the way up only about 2/3s of the way and reduce your drag.. yea i said reduce it. when pressure from hook setting pulls on the line the line burries itself into itself. reduce the drag and the line will not burry itself. when the line burries itself when you cast out the spot where it is burried more line will spool out with it causing a birdsnest. even with a spinner reel and especially a bait caster. ok man i hope this helps you out alittle. good luck and good fishin

    Suffix Hi- Vis Yellow is extremely visible above the water level - It's so bright you may have to wear shades.

    Now most of you know that i have been on the fly fishing scene more than i have been general fishing for bass etc. But this stuff is nothing new on the fly fishing market, obviously its a kind of fluorocarbon, however its pink out of the water, when it sinks due to your fly etc it becomes invisible, the stuff never really took off and was used mainly by salmon anglers, i cant remember the brand exactly. Ive seen a commercial similar to your it could possibly be Berkley.

    Is this the stuff, it changes color as soon as its hit by sunlight.

    FWIW - I've been using Sufix in Hi Vis Yellow (4# & 8#) and Neon Tangerine (6#) and have found no problems at all.

    I'm not sure what ad you have seen, but I have had great success with Triline's 100% flourocarbon line. It pretty much disappears under water.

    I've used Trilene XT for years for just those reasons. Flourescent on the surface, but invisible below.

    i think my bro got it spooled on a pole of his i think he said it was made by sufix and that i work of if you don't go beyond 10 pound test, he said he's gonna stick to go 'ol mono and braid.

    ```good catchin```
