can u get child support if ur seperated?
my husband has been real distant lately....(read my other question for more info). anyways, since i don't believe in divorce, would i be able to get child support from him if we were only seperated, living apart?
i'm 26, have 3 kids, no income, and can't afford daycare to get a job, and the closest family i have is 10 hours away.
the point is hoping we'll be able to work through it someday, once he finds himself and realizes how bad he hurt us

You can go to court and get a legal seperation and apply for child support. What is the point of being married and living apart? Why not get a divorce if the marriage isnot working out?

talk to an attorney but I do believe you have to have a court order for support but it is for the kids not you to live on. You will have to go get a job.

truly unlawful if he violates the criminal contract. in case you do not have one, you want to pass to the help employer to implement it. once you've one pass to implement it NOW - report for all decrease back help owed. The longer you wait, the longer you'd be going without newborn help. he's obligated to pay once you're the widely used caregiver no matter if you're separated or divorced.
