Anyone visiting the USA and all of its residents, enjoy government benefits. However, they all pay taxes of some sort. Tourists pay taxes on lodging, transportation, gifts, etc; undocumented pay taxes on gas, logding, etc. However, legal tax paying residents pay the most but also recieve more benefits. The big one people claim is healthcare, emergency services and it is a big one, but then again there are plenty of legal residents who either do not have insurance, homeless, or just dont pay taxes who recieve these benefits as well (ie. Wesely Snipes). I think he anti-illegal immigration forces have an argument, but they are not being fair in stating that illegal aliens pay zero taxes.

If you go to a hospital as an illegal, they can't ask if you are illegal but they have to treat you. POP! One more citizen just squirted out of an illegal who only speaks Spanish.

Renters do not pay real estate taxes. The owner of the property does. The taxes WILL be paid whether someone rents the property or not.

Regardless , it doesn't matter if illegal criminal aliens pay taxes or not. They are criminals that don't belong in our country. Period.

ICE doesn't show up at the door of a illegal criminal alien and ask for a tax return to prevent being deported. They ask for documentation that they are in our country legally.

All an illegal has to do is put their kids in public school or visit a hospital emergency room and walk out without paying.

Because it's a fact,that's why. They do get government benefits in many states and very,very few pay taxes. Most work under the table and those who do not are using stolen numbers.

All ILLEGALS do not pay ALL TAXES. Do they have state and federal taxes taken out of their paychecks??? NOPE (Most illegals get paid under the table or in cash)

Most illegals do not OWN homes, there are so many families living in ONE HOUSE, so only a SMALL percentage probably do pay taxes. Do ALL ILLEGALS pay taxes by April 15 every year??? NO again!!

Maybe a SMALL MAJORITY of illegals pay taxes, but that does not justify them being here!!!!

EXCUSE ME: But we can not ask their legal status so you are wrong about some programs, also as illegals they do not pay income tax on what they earn, yet they build up work benefits. They can not get social security, but many still do. And I have not figured out how they pull that one off! Some programs are denied them yet they can send their children to school, and get free medical care that Americans can not get, WHY>
