I don't have any kids so I only spend about 30 euro a week on food, but my sister has three young kids and she spends about a 100 euro a week, including diapers and formula.
Maybe find a cheaper grocery store and switch to cheaper brands?

I don't have any kids. It is just my husband and I. I spend on average $70 per week on food at the grocery store, we also either order out or go out once a week and that is usually about an extra $30 per week.

I spend approximately 150 euro/week for our family of four. Sometimes more, sometimes less depending on what we're doing or guests we're having. I remember I was THRILLED to not have to buy diapers anymore! That was a budget killer!
