I can help you with this. It happened to me and frustrated the heck out of me for a long time. The problem is that your DS's internal clock (the one you see upon startup) is set to a different time to the one set on your Animal Crossing game card. The two clocks work and tandem, and if you "time travel" too much (set your clock too far ahead or behind the DS's) the mailbox will become jammed. The way to fix this problem is to re-sync the two clocks to he same time. Try this and your mail should begin appearing in your mailbox 7 days after your reset the clocks. For example if you reset today your mail and catalog will work this time next Thursday. :) Hope this helps!

if u go into ur ds settings and set the date to a year later t might desire to enhance to the two tale save with a salon. the downside to that's in case you go forward in time then u could have a ot of weeds!! And whilst u get a 2nd tale on the save there'll b 2 stressful twins that greet u. p.s you would be wanting to set back the date to 2009 whilst ur all completed! each and everything will nevertheless be there different than some human beings wight have moved away....

Well obviously your done with work so mark that off...... but oh wait you should buy almost all the items in his shop and wait a couple of days if still not happening i would suggest to rebuild your town and so on. Hope this helps.
