how much am i supposes to weigh ?
im 13 years old and my height is 4"11
im preety much short compared to all the 8th graders.well i weigh 106. i think thats alot but i dont look that fat but yes i am. whats my regular weight suppose to be ?? ohh give me some tips to lose weight. pleasee and thank you =)

for the heeight of 5 ft your supposed to be 100 lbs so and your 4'11 so you should be from 90-100 so your right on target

No, you are NOT fat.
You are a perfect weight for your height and age. Those anorexic stick figure creatures that are in the glossy magazines are UNDERweight. Do not judge yourself by THEM.
You wanna tone up what you have? THAT is what matters. Then get yerself MOVIN! Exercise and keep on going. Take at least 1 hour a day just to stretch and work it a bit. Trust me, you keep that weight proportion, keep toned, keep HAPPY, and you will have the guys taking second and third looks at you..

it should be kinda like 110 the max.well it really depends on your height but 100 will be more ideal for you. Just exercise regurally and eat less junk!oh and dont bealieve what other say that u r overweight or something u r normal

I would say at 106lbs you look fine..i worried alot about my weight when i was your age too but try not to obsess about it..just try to stay healthy.a BIG tip drink lots of water..drinking sugary stuff like soda and kool-aid will give you empty calories and it's really bad for your skin..water will make your skin glow and help keep your weight in check.Also as crazy as it sounds, eat all day..low fat snacks..it keeps your metabolism up as well as your energy!

i tink u r perfectly normal. who knows if u hav a lot of muscle or not. muscle ways more than fat. u hav noting 2 worry about. just try to eat on the healthy side. and if u r still worried bout losin wieght try joinin some sort of sports team with ur friends!:)

i am the same height too my trainer said the maximum is 129 and minimum is 90 so u are ok
