Working at disney... felony?
Do you think disney hires people have made a nbig mistake and have a felony... (it's a weed charge... its not like murder or anything) You always here about pedophiles working at disney... and disney college program kids getting underages and being rehired... do you think they'd hire someone who had a feloney and are willing to work whenever and very flexable and stuff?

Disney hired someone who piloted boats for years and turned out to be a Haitian military mass murderer.Disney wants you the most because you will do the worst job for the least pay and not complain.Disney has a school where they charge for what I told you for free.

Aren't the current weed laws ridiculous?
In July, Florida is going to make Salvia Divornum a felony.
Yep, these laws are going to keep America and Florida strong..not. At least food stamps don't discriminate.
I don't know about Disney, but I have more sorry news for you. A lot of apartment complexes will discriminate on the basis of a felony, too. Sorry, ..it's a bummer, but at least rental rates are dropping in some areas. My complex has high vacancy (I'm not near Disney), and in time, perhaps there will be more flexibility.

Walt Disney World does more thorough background checks now. You'll be fingerprinted at some point during the hiring process. It's possible that a "weed charge" would disqualify you. All you can do is try to apply and see what happens. Do NOT lie on your application, either. You'll be immediately disqualified once they find out you lied.

i hate to say it but i am about 99% sure they won't. they don't deep background checks. and a felony for drugs even "just weed" will send up a red flag saying don't hire this person. i'm sure you have paid you debt to society and are no longer into drugs but you just can't erase somethings. you should look at the rules for working there such as you can have gum, wear sun glasses, wear big jewerly, men can wear earings, womans earings must be dime sized hoops no dangley or studs, only certain facial hair is aloud, no long hair for men, womens hair must be pulled back, and hair cannot be coloed colors like blue or purple, and no visable tatoos aloud. so if they are that tough on the small stuff i kinda don't think they will let a felony slide. sorry but you can always try anyway.

I worked at Disney for 5 years. You cannot work there if you've had a felony. I've had a few friends who have tried and could not get hired exactly for what you listed. Sorry.

Yes. Most likely. They'rea always looking to hire people that are willing to do anything. If not, try Universal or Seaworld.

I would think not, especially since its a weed charge. Does not sound like it was a life changing experience.
