    no....stuttering is not a mental condition; it involves the speaking mechanism only....people who stutter have average to high I.Q.s...the condition is often genetic

    No they do not I have suffered from a suffering problem since I was 11 years old and you do not stutter when you think at all.

    the people in your head don't stutter. they might talk loud at times, causing you to scream/holler back.
