TEN POINTS - Good, healthy, NON SUGARY cereals...?
That also don't have high fructose corn syrup or much of other crappy ingredients in it? Pretty much some healthy cereals that you can find for a decent price at most stores.

whole grains, organic, and loaded with protein.
i get them 2 for $5 at woodmans, not sure if you have one of those though. great cereal!

- kashi golean- 140 cals, 1g fat, 13g protein, 10g. fiber, 6g sugar (i like the taste of it with some fresh fruit on top)
- shredded wheat
- grapenuts
- oatmeal
- kashi granola
- kashi heart-to-heart
there's more good cereals than that, too. special k and a lot of bran cereals may look healthy, but they have a lot of sugar and high fructose corn syrup mostly. plus, special k doesn't have any whole grains.

Try plain cheerios, look on the label, but those are the better tasting of those mentioned, and many bran flakes do have alot of fructose syrup even if they look healthy.

porridge, oatmeal and sugar free granola. they are your only mainstream choices. If you have a great health food store near you like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, you can get a lot of independent makes of mueslihttp://instantfeelgood.blogspot.com/2008/04/eating... and oatmeal that are good for you. Try fresh fruit and plain fat free yogurt for breakfast as an alternative.

it quite is deceptive - the sugariest cereal there is for my area is existence - besides the shown fact that it's not offered as a sugary cereal. in all possibility the honey nut cheerios are extra advantageous. the terrific thank you to tell is positioned milk on it and enable it set - if it quite is too candy to consume it quite is too candy. or you need to in all possibility examine the pkg for the quantities too.

oatmeal is very good because it gives you energy. yogurt with granola also gives you energy. brands like grape nuts are good and pc granola. any oatmeal is good as long as you don't have sugar with it.
